Youth Athlete Training

Ages 12 - 18

Mission

This program is designed to assist those student athletes that want to maximize their athletic potential. The program is designed to teach fundamental weight room techniques and proper running and change of direction biomechanics.  For the more advanced athletes they will have continued learning about proper Olympic lifts and increased technique.

 

 

Training Focus

In our youth training program we focus on developing their reactive ability to change directions, their linear running mechanics, and their weight room techniques.  In addition, we focus on the athletes ability to safely perform plyometric exercises.  Our athletes need to be strong and explosive to stay injury free.
