Mission

This program is designed to assist those student athletes that are returning for an injury.  This program is designed to safely progress the athlete back into those fundamental weight room techniques, jumping and landing biomechanics and re-obtain the ability to perform those sport specific movements. 

Training Focus

In our return to play program we will focus on the continued development of strength.  The vision of this program is to be supplemental to physical therapy.  As the athlete is cleared by the physical therapist and doctor the athlete will being with the most fundamental exercises. As they progress in their therapy we will program their training around the following: linear running mechanics, plyometric mechanics, change directions mechanics, and weight room techniques.  This program should focus on the athletes ability to safely return to sports.
